Yes, Linkedin does have competition!
Think about everything that’s going on within the Linkedin ecosystem: job search, paid advertising, sharing content, professional networking, recruiting, etc.
For paid job posts Linkedin competes with the entire job search market (which is huge). For paid ads it’s competing against Google, Bing, etc (although the type of advertiser may be different). For sharing content FB, Twitter, and Insta are real competitors. For professional targeting in order to network there’s not much for competition – other than Xing (which comes in at a very far second).
