If you go into your work history, re-type the company name, and be sure to click the company option that contains the colored logo. Save it, and make sure it sticks. I have enchanted updating work history, selecting the correct company and after saving the logo disappears. You don’t need to delete the whole section, just remove the company name, retype and respect the appropriate page.
